God is Faithful

This has been a tough week: we had a sewer pipe break in our house, which means lots of bad odors and sewer flies everywhere (imagine Egypt and the flies plague). If you have never experienced something like this, be thankful. Also, lots of ministry partnership appointments were canceled due to illness and hardships. Sometimes, this is life. Things don't always go as planned. But through my time with God and times with Godly friends, we were encouraged and supported.

I love David's advice in Psalm 100:

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.

Worship the Lord with gladness;

come before him with joyful songs.

Know that the Lord is God.

It is he who made us, and we are his[a];

we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving

and his courts with praise;

give thanks to him and praise his name.

For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;

his faithfulness continues through all generations.
