Our College Zoom Prayer Night was a Huge Success!

Hosting Zoom bible studies, big groups, and game night really feels normal at this point. Our leadership at Montco really wanted to step out and do a student prayer night. We have done prayer nights "in person," which involved students moving throughout the night to different stations for specific prayers. Each station offers a creative way to pray and this really breaks up the night.
But our question was, how do we encourage students to pray for an hour using only Zoom? Well, I wanted to share with you that our student leaders pulled it off in a big way. We were able to break up the night into four time slots of prayer. The first was praying in worship and praise. The second was praying for our family and friends. The third was praying for our community, cities, and college. Lastly, we prayed for the Gospel to be sent out and received in the world, specifically in the 10/40 window. The amazing thing is we have six students who are from the 10/40 window.
Reaching college students is so strategic when it comes to prayer and missions, and our first virtual prayer night exceeded our expectations. The prayer lasted over two hours, a great way to start our spring break.
Thanks for your support, prayers, and encouragement. We are blessed to have you as partners!
