Trusting God... Even When it Seems Hopeless

This past week has been one for the record books. We had a sewer fly infestation and after further investigation, discovered a broken sewer pipe under our home's foundation. Apparently, it has been leaking sewage into our basement for a couple of weeks. So in the midst of taking a step of faith as collegiate missionaries and learning how to raise support, we have had this crisis. We have been killing about 200 flies a day for the past 2 weeks, have contractors in and out of our house, and have been displaced from our home for a couple of days all in the midst of piling up bills. But God is faithful.

He has given us a confidence in Him and in His calling on our lives. Tonight, an anonymous support donor made a significant contribution and paid this month's mortgage. I know God is stretching us and growing our faith. What He has called us to, He is providing for.

I am not sure what you are facing or going through but take one day at a time and trust that the God of the universe has all things in His hands.

Thanks so much for your partnership in taking the gospel to the local college campuses. Thank God for His faithfulness!
